Didara Massalimova

Didara holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Auditing and a master’s degree in Economics and Business from the M. Tynyshpaev Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications.

She has more than 15 years of experience managing businesses in the HoReCa sector. Having started her career in a frontline position, she worked her way up to become a business leader and owner, developing deep expertise in strategic management, operational efficiency, company scaling, and business value creation.

She has a successful track record in the crisis transformation of businesses, improving operational efficiency, and driving growth in companies’ financial performance.

She leads the development of the Continuation Fund’s investment portfolio, which comprises more than 15 companies. She is responsible for investment strategy, corporate governance, increasing asset value, and preparing businesses for scaling and capital raising.
