Madina Rustamova

Madina Rustamova holds degrees in International Law from the Kazakh State Law Academy and in Finance from Kunayev University.

From 2000 to 2021, she built an impressive career across Kazakhstan's banking sector, serving at Senim Bank, Valut-Transit Bank, Kazinvestbank, and Altyn Bank (formerly HSBC Kazakhstan). Rising from legal counsel to Head of Legal Department, she played key roles in major international financial transactions, digital banking transformation projects, and bank M&A preparations.

Beyond her banking expertise, she serves as an active business trainer in financial and corporate law and sits as an arbitrator at both the Independent Arbitration Center (IAC) and International Arbitration (IUS).

Her extensive experience spans banking law, financial operations, and corporate governance.

Her contributions to Kazakhstan's financial sector have been recognized with two "Best Finance Professional" public service medals.
