Madina Ayukhanova

Madina Ayukhanova is a graduate of the Kazakh State Academy of Management and holds a Master's degree in Economic Sciences from Almaty Technological University.

Throughout her career, she has held senior positions at Kazakhstan's leading financial institutions, including Bank Positive Kazakhstan (subsidiary of Bank Hapoalim Israel), Amanat Insurance Company, and Halyk Finance. She has led accounting, control, and risk management divisions, accumulating 27 years of experience in Kazakhstan's banking and financial sector.
