Alisher Idrissov

Graduated from the University of Kansas in 2010 with a degree in Psychology through the prestigious Bolashak scholarship program. From 2010 to 2012, he led educational IT projects, serving as both project manager and psychology consultant in school process automation initiatives.

From 2012 to 2020, he worked at Ernst & Young, first as a marketing specialist and later as an instructor-consultant for EY's internal university and major multinational corporations. 

In 2020, he joined EA Group Holding as Organizational Development Manager, where he implemented various frameworks including 5S, OKR, psychometrics, operational and project management systems, and strategic planning initiatives, while also maintaining organizational documentation.

In 2022, he launched DataGo within EA Group Holding, a data systems integrator specializing in automated data collection, processing, visualization, analytics, and AI applications. An avid gamer and gaming console collector, he brings this passion for technology to his professional life. A devoted family man with two children, he balances his professional achievements with personal interests including trail running and skyrunning in the mountains. Values honesty, integrity, objectivity, and rationality in others, and combines thoughtful silence with engaging conversation and healthy skepticism. His self-deprecating humor about experiencing "chronic impostor syndrome" belies his significant professional accomplishments.
